Mr. Gipson’s areas of practice focus on personal injury litigation, insurance, premises liability, and HOA or Community Association disputes. Mr. Gipson began working at Miller, Scamardi & Carrabba as a law clerk in 2011, while attending the University of Houston Law Center. He continued as an associate after graduating law school in 2012.
While in law school, Mr. Gipson served as an articles editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal; he received the Journal’s award for Best Business Paper, and he continues to apply the valuable legal research and writing skills he acquired during that time. Prior to law school, Mr. Gipson studied finance at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
