Ms. Miller joined Miller, Scamardi and Carrabba at its inception in 1997. She focuses on issues of civil and appellate procedure, in addition to medical malpractice. Ms. Miller has received the highest individual attorney rating of AV from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, awarded for reaching the highest levels of skill and integrity among attorneys.
Ms. Miller received her Bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University, and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She began her legal career as an intern for the 14th Judicial District Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas, where she refined her legal research and writing capabilities. She has both trial and appellate experience handling a variety of medical and dental malpractice cases. She has also worked on complex, multi-party litigation, and on insurance coverage disputes.
